The African American Alumni Association was founded in 1990 by a group of St. Joseph`s Preparatory alumni to promote good will and camaraderie among its members, to promote brotherhood, community and increase retention of currently enrolled student members of St. Joseph’s Preparatory School.
Our alumni embrace the phrase “Man for Others” which is often used at The Prep to describe a commitment of service to others. Our organization has partnered with The Prep admissions office to advance, promote and exemplify a commitment to diversity at St. Joseph’s Prep through inclusion.
